Rude!!! She blames everything on the customer. Doesn't explain the reasoning behind some of the fees and blatantly lies about it. Begins to yell and scold the customer in the middle of the phone call, and hangs off in the middle of the conversation. Seriously? I called in twice, and she hanged off for both of them. She called me back 30 minutes later telling me that it was her phone, but not her. Really? Do you think anyone would trust that? We were just trying to make some inquiries about Covid related refund. 'So what, do you want me to work for free?' is what she said. No, we don't think so. However I think it's a reasonable thing for a customer to ask without her being angered. She charged as $200 cancellation fee for the two flights. That's way too much to justify. Why do you get angry and blame the customer when they call you to confirm because you didn't explain and notify them properly? He also lied about charges that were clearly announced or evaded. So far, I've called three times to check on Covid-19 refunds, and two of them hung up in the middle, and the last time I got angry and couldn't beat my pool, so I hung up and called again after 30 minutes (lol lol). Deal with customers while killing your anger... This is the first time I've ever received such rude and thoughtless customer service. Even if I try to ask something, I start to get annoyed and my voice goes up, so it's impossible to have a proper conversation. 'Are you mad at the customer?' Even if you say something like, 'You have an obligation to explain it first and announce it, but we weren't informed at all', it's an attitude that you didn't do anything wrong. Take $200 of a processing fee that you've never been notified of and say, 'Why, I'm working for free?' You are saying Even if you take it out, you have to explain it to the customer calmly, not to be annoyed. It's just... If you ask about a refund, you get annoyed by yourself and then you quit... You're not even an elementary school student... A little... That's right... !!!! Never do business with a travel agency!!!!
