They have best training .Manager and the scheduler are always very helpful and ready to help. They go above and beyond to help their employees. Company have fair and upfront policies for all the employee. Everyone treats me with courtesy and respect. I really enjoy my job. Feel proud to me a part of this organization. I really recommend G4S to everyone.
M	Manheim Security on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The current Area Manager has been exceptionally supportive to the team throughout my time with the Company. The manager is available when needed and consistently provides assistance when required. G4S is one of the better Companies I have the chance to work with. However, there are some inconsistencies that the company can or should improve on. Especially, on the scheduling aspect of things. The schedulers do become overwhelmed and things do not go accordingly. Nonetheless, they have provided assistance when they could. My recommendation would be to reassess and improve the overall quality and functions of the scheduling department. Perhaps, hiring an additional head scheduler should definitely be a reasonable option to consider. Thank you.

I worked there for 10 years, and was always just a number to the company. It would take too long to type out the cons...there aren't any pros !!!!!!! Good luck in your search ?

I honed several skills on the job such as communication skills, attention to detail, surveillance, and report writing. My performance was quickly recognized by the client who hired me as a Site Superintendent. Currently, I am working for the Canadian Armed Forces as an Engineering Officer. Special thanks goes to my then area manager, Dani Meza, who was extremely helpful in the career progression that I attained. While I was under him, he always lent a listening ear and worked diligently to provide me with the best shifts. He was always supportive of my career goals and acted as one of the main references for the job application in the CAF. To this day, I apply many of the skills learned in G4S in my day to day tasks as an officer in the CAF. Not forgetting to mention, my manager in G4S has taught me a lot in how to be a leader in my current job.

This company cares for their employees and try their best to accommodate them. Especially Lee and Dani Meza. Dani is good mentor and goes above and beyond for his employees and Lee is a great scheduler. Would recommend them to anyone.
S	Sirun Ghazarian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankless work at G4S, my brother inlawi worked for this company for over 12 Years and just before he was to be promoted, Mr. Doyle decitded to put him on the chopping block. Not cool ! He gave it all, but when your this big of a company YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER! It's the big corporate way of what they call re constructive and no natterwhat you did in the past, unkess your the CEO , President , VP , CFO , Operations Director, Administration Director , H.R Director or one of the Board Members? Other then that your job hangs by a string and you don't even know it .Most people probably have no idea. Specifically in the Security Industry sorry to say, YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER! Enjoy your family and friends, you only live once, so make it count and enjoy. For all the Mobile GI Joe's out there and the rest of the Security Guards make sure your priorities are in the right order! As for my brother in law, he was blessed with a position with a company that has been around for over a century and a position he always dreamed of, with double his pay. At over six figures, I would say it was a blessing!
