★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I have worked ever with. If there would be 0 star I should give that to Paragon. I always helped Paragon in covering all the shifts because no one likes working there and they always have very short staff but at last they awarded me with false allegations for no show for their shift and gave me written warning where I actually did my shift. Especially director of this poor company Anthony Shuster he don't know how to take care of their guards as I reported issue multiple times onsite to site supervisor, scheduler and director but even after centuries it never gets resolved. They provide worst service and pay minimum for all the nonsense their guards has to suffer. I don't know who made this guy director lol. Anyways guys think thousand times before working for this crazy company else you will regret completely. Their schedulers think that they own you 24/7 if you are working with Paragon and will put you anywhere without your consent and change availability according to them and you will came to know when their dispatcher starts calling you multiple times. Be careful guys!!!!!!!!

She always helped a lot and it is such a wonderful experience working with her and thank you Mandeep Gill for always being kind.

Administrator named Raina was really very polite girl. She provided detailed information and was very clear about what she did. Paragon employees also provide good service at different sites too.

I started my journey here with no experience and from day one Mandeep Gill Ma'am has helped me in every situation. She's very cooperative, kind and helpful and best person I've ever met. So thankful to all the staff and specially Mandeep Ma'am for giving me opportunity to work as security in well renowned company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Private security firms are plentiful and it's ??♂️ inappropriate important to have a professional. People are people some not as nice as others so be aware!
The hard-working professionals at this company usually do a good job the management and senior-level staff have worked hard over the decades.
Now the security industry has changed as many employees cannot pass a psychological exam to be police officers and there are not as many positions for officers so watch out try to be respectful of security guards as some of them do not make good decisions and remember you can always communicate the home office if you feel your rights were infringed on.
Don't be hostile toward security but also do not let them push you around and abuse their position. ????♂️?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is terrific when it comes to training guards and welcoming them to the team. You really get a sense of belonging working with Paragon Security, and they go out of their way to help you. I especially appreciate Mandeep Gill’s efforts to get me familiarized with working for Paragon Security, as she is a great person who is a really good scheduler and helped me with all my inquiries regarding my new job position.
Overall, this is a great security company, which I would recommend to any security guard looking for work!
