This company needs to take a CLOSE look at their employee work relations and the abuse some unfortunate employees go through by the hands of senior employees. Where is the HR Dept where these employees can safely report their concerns?!

This trucking company is supposed to arrive at our warehouse at 8 a.m.. At 8 a.m.There's about fifteen of us here at 8 waiting to start our day some of us have other jobs to go to. Worst company ever Get you trucks here at 6am

I've been with G & S Direct for almost 10 years. Being in the trucking industry since 1978, I can honestly say this is the best company I have worked for. I run out west and the support from management is great. Always lots of work, good pay.

The absolute worst experience of my life. I paid close to $700 to have 4 skids of flooring shipped from the GTA to my home in Lakeshore, Ontario. The driver showed up and refused to unload my product unless I helped him unload it off his truck because it was too heavy for him alone. I had to pull one of my guys from a job site to help him or else he was driving away with my order. As they were moved the first skid on to the hydraulic lift on the back of the truck and started to come down, one of the lines burst and began to pour oil all over my driveway. The driver stood there and literally did nothing and picked up his phone to contact his boss. I was made aware of the situation minutes after and when I came out, he was still standing there on his phone waiting on hold. I had to run and grab some cardboard to catch the leaking oil. I then called dispatch, and the girl who answered was laughing as if it was funny and this has never happened before. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. I was then transferred to the manger, Danny, who honestly did not have a care in the world to fix the problem and insisted that it wasn’t his fault because it wasn’t him driving the truck. His resolution was to go out and buy kitty litter to absorb the oil and have it power washed. He took no accountability for his drivers actions and I didn’t receive even the smallest apology. When I asked what the resolution would be if the stain didn’t come out, he replied well if you go out now and buy kitty litter it won’t be issue and it will come out. Absolutely horrible service and even worse management. Needless to say the stain has not come out of my driveway and I cannot seem to get a hold of Danny. They have successfully ruined my driveway and are doing absolutely nothing about it. I would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone. Just absolute nonsense
