β β β β β Very big company, beautiful high quality show kitchens and knowledgeable sales staff, charging premium prices which seem well deserved. Installation and commitment to delivery dates though is another story - extremely unprofessional and unreliable! We are shocked by the total change in professionalism between pre-sale and post-sale communications and activities. The installers they use are subpar and have no time management skills whatsoever. Moreover their technical know-how is not up to mark as in some cases certain components don't fit during installation and they have to keep going back to the office to find out what the heck is going on. Thereby delaying the completion of that project and ruining the schedule. Serious lack of coordination between showroom and installers. Be careful when dealing with this company.
