M	M to the O to the M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not accommodating at all. We drove 2 hours from Fraser Lake for an appointment. We were running a bit late (10 minutes) and they wouldn't see us. We will not be going back.
J	Jesse Guignard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with my experiences with FYidoctors. I have seen a couple different doctors there and have been very happy with all of them. My son also goes there and they were able to catch an eye condition and sent him off to an ophthalmologist right away. Sydney is always very happy and ready to help anyone- she gives exceptional service. Leah sold me my glasses and I can't have asked for better help! Would recommend this clinic.

McKinnon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are knowledgeable but the mission statement of fyi doctors is false advertising they are just as much a corporation as any other all about the dollar when people can't afford it they say we'll we have a provider who does payment but only high dollar amount frame's if you can't afford that they tell you welfare will help so unhappy I went to fyi because they stated they want to help every walk of life and every one should have eye care when the fact of the matter is fyi I a corporation and all about the dollar you could care less about the people
M	Maria Giesbrecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost both of the teeny tiny screws to one of the temples of my glasses, and when I went in to ask them to fix them up for me, they said they couldn’t, not even for a fee, since fyi in Grande Prairie was where I had gotten them, and I would have to mail the glasses there for warranty, and have them fix them up. I didn’t want warranty, I just wanted to have my glasses, so I could use them again right away! Same company…….! So I went to Iris in the Pine centre mall, and they happily fixed them for no fee at all. I used to always get my glasses through FYI, but not anymore.

I had not bought them there so I thought I would be turned away; on the contrary. I was helped by a fabulous Technician and my fears were allayed. The problem had not been with the prescription but with the making of the glasses and even so, this Technician tried to fix them. I was given some suggestions and I went merrily on my way.
R	Ruth Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service is very good. My Customer Service Rep was "Grey." He was terrific, friendly, reassuring, and knowledgeable about products, costs, and options. He patiently listened to my personal preferences. I never felt rushed or neglected. My new optometrist was Dr. Graeme Stevens. He found an eye problem that required further care. Although it was a previous problem, no optometrist had found it before. He presented evidence, and made the referral. He was also understanding about what prescription preferences I had. I am very happy about all of this.

Everyone was very professional and clearly explained every stage of the checkup, from a friendly greeting as I came thru the door to the choosing of frames and lenses. My glasses were ready in less than a week. Kudos to the lab. ? I would happily recommend Fyidoctors. Thank you for a very pleasant eye checkup. ??
G	Geoff K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with a senior (in age, not patient care skills) Doctor here. Our family has been customers here since day 1 of opening. My wife had a horrible accident a few years back leading to a serious & permanent eye injury. Fast forward to just a month ago when my wife brought our child in for their unrelated appointment. This optometrist comes in, asks if my wife’s the one who “lost an eye?”. States he will purposely make things difficult for us if he’s required to do any travel for a statement on her accident (actual wording was more aggressive and can’t be said for privacy reason’s) This totally blindsided my wife and made her feel shocked, sad, attacked and eventually angered over this. A month later I am still completely shocked and just as angered by this myself. I have never personally experienced such unprofessionalism in the medical field. This was totally inappropriate, manipulative, and disrespectful behaviour ultimately stemming from laziness. If you can no longer perform your duties as a medical professional, you should retire and save yourself from major problems in the future. I will add that all OTHER staff and Doctor’s have been nothing but pleasant here. We thank you for your years of great care before this incident but have moved our business to another provider.
