It was amazing, everyone was caring, polite, an the atmosphere was relaxing. Best experience of a new eye doctor, an receptionists I have ever had. I would highly recommend this eye care clinic to everyone.

Dr. Pinchak was very thorough and explained everything as we were going through the exam. Tamara was able to answer all of the questions we had about the different types of lenses and why to chose one over another. And she was able to pick out a great pair of glasses!!

Had some difficulty getting my prescription correct, but what fabulous service by kind, and caring staff! Dr. Reid was awesome!! They took really good care of me.

The staff are friendly and give the impression they would genuinely would like to help you. I think if there are no issues, this place would be a great experience, though not an economical choice. In my situation, the appointment I booked was not scheduled when I arrived. They fit me in, which was appreciated since I live about 45 minutes away. I was there for a prescription check and I felt the optometrist did a skillful exam. Unfortunately, she gave me the wrong information about the lenses I brought with me (she said they were single vision, not a computer lens, despite the information I provided on the prescription receipt) and as a result one of the two pairs I ordered through their store is single vision where I needed a computer lens. The two pairs of glasses were pretty pricey with their lenses (over $400 per pair) in my own frames. I requested they be shipped to my house which I was told might be an option they would follow up with me on. After I called them three times to follow up (and received no call backs) they confirmed the lab could ship them to my house but by this time one pair was already headed for the store. When I picked them up I let the person I was dealing with know I was disappointed in the service which included not having an appointment when I arrived, no follow up from the optometrist's error I reported, and shipping the glasses to two different places. It is nice that they offered to mail the glasses from their store but because I am having a problem with my current glasses I went and got them asap. I think even offering to ship them to my house was great, but it was an empty offer without my persistent calling to follow up. I was disappointed that the person I was dealing with said she saw the problem as "my frustrations" and pointed out how nice it was they fit me in on the day I had an appointment. The issues that were very much the responsibility of the store were not adequately addressed. Perhaps because it is a chain there is less customer follow through, I am not sure. I am a frustrated customer, as she said, and it is because of the store errors that were made. I am a very disappointed customer because of the incredible lack of follow through on basic customer care concerns. This is health care, not fast food. It matters.
