Deducting a star for the owner. Not friendly and rude while I was standing in-front on Yonge Street prior to my appointment.
I assume he thought I was loitering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Eldoa classes have really helped my chronic muscle tightness by addressing fascia. The classes are taught with care and humour and excellent attention to form. The instructors are knowlegable and generous in sharing information. Highly recommend this methodology and studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michael is an amazing instructor. This was by far one of the best exercise classes I've been to. In the first 10 minutes into the class Michael had assessed and was exactly right about all the areas I needed to work on just from watching me do the class. He catered the class to each of our individual needs in real time and provided some amazing in-depth education about how all the stretches related to each part of the body in a detailed and comprehensive way. I left the class feeling amazingly less tight. I will go back for sure.
