I was applying for a place to rent during the process it was not professional at all. They would not get back in a reasonable time. When asking for a confirmation email to say that they have received all the paperwork for the application there was no response. Terrible experience just during the application process so happy that we are not tenants would probably be a bad experience too.

Absolutely terrible experience living here! I stayed in a shared house on Johnson St. At first I thought everything was great because the house was so clean and very quiet. Unfortunately, there is a tenant who lives in the basement who is given more rights than the other tenants. I had a horrible experience living in the basement with her. She lost her temper on me a few times over silly things. Once was because I was in the kitchen with her at the same time and again because we took down a note she had posted on the stove that we didn't want catching on fire. Losing her temper meant rasing her voice, talking nonsense about her religious beliefs, trying to push her religious beliefs on me, making very irrelevant personal attacks, and yelling through my bedroom door after I had locked myself in. This was very harrassing behaviour. I sent several complaints to management but they refused to do anything about it. They would not even let me end my term early until I complained over and over again about not receiving adequate notice when maintenance was coming in. Which brings me to my next topic: management would tell this lady living in the basement when maintenance was coming in and it would be her responsibility to pass on the message to the rest of us tenants. Very unprofessional. You can imagine why I did not want to speak with her so I asked to receive 24h written notice by maintenance themselves. One time I received a text 4h prior that they were coming to fix the stove when I was planning on meal prepping. When I complained, I was told it would be unfair to the other tenants if they didn't come fix the stove. But what about fairness to me??? What about the law?? This is when they offered to end my lease 4 months early and you better believe I took that offer. Overall, very unprofessional and do not care about the well-being of their tenants. The reason they refuse to take action upon my requests about the lady in the basement is because she cleans the house and keeps everything in order. If you plan on moving in here, expect to be a silent tenant that makes no noise, do not go in the kitchen when this lady is in there and just avoid her at all costs. She is manipulative and very aggressive. Beware!

I recently rented an apartment with this company, and had only good experiences. Teri was very professional and knowledgeable; she endeavoured to answer any questions I had, making everything clear and easily understood. Vlad was very courteous with arranging showings and keeping me updated on their dates and times. Getting into their property was straightforward, and they very easy to work with. My departure from the property was just as easy. Teri made the process extremely simple and provided me with all of the information needed. I'd rent from them again in heartbeat.

Terrible customer service and response ratio. I applied to view a property multiple times with ZERO response. It was quite frustrating to see the property being posted over and over and all my emails were being ignored. After finally getting through to someone I was told to view an e-mail that was sent to my spam folder. Unsurprisingly there was no e-mail there. They do not send confirmation e-mails of any sort. After waiting weeks for a response, I was told to come view a house on a specific date and time. I prepared everything and was then told it was gone. There is a lack of communication from this company, and definitely a huge lack of customer service skills. 0/10 I do NOT recommend.

For weeks I tried getting ahold of this company phone messages emails signing up for the wait list for showings I only ever got one response that said I must wait for the tenant to move out so I waited patiently as soon as I seen the apartment was marked as available now I emailed right away to set up a showing I had first/last, pay stubs and references not a single message or phone call back and now the apartment is rented I feel like after reading the reviews of this company some things that need to be worked on would be communication with people who are emailing/calling about your properties and taking the time to email them back when your voice mail says that is the quickest way to be reached instead of not replying to any emails or phone calls I was not even notified of when showings would start as per the email you get after signing up Very disappointed.

Discrimination is there strong point I applied then was turned down and when I asked why no real answer they admitted to not even running the credit check or any referral this company.is one of the worst to deal.with

Terrible. They can't even figure out who lives here. I can only tell them so many times. Was supposed to recive a call from a plumber from an (assuredly) barrie number 3 days and only one call from a 416 number. No follow up from maintenance. Mouldy eavestroph hidden behind a wall. Outside wall is crumbling. -1 stars.

Jeff and the team at Fuse have done a great job leasing my property. They are professional and have a great grasp on managing rental properties. I will be using them again on any future rentals.
