J	Janice Redmond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this company on the recommendation of a friend for whom they had done a bathroom reno. I had a small reno, maybe a 5 or 6 day job which I thought would be a good way to see a sample of their work. It started out well enough, but after I selected them and gave them some money it went straight downhill. A 5 day job took them 5 months to complete. I had to arrange my schedule to be available for them, which wasn't a problem, but we did have to coordinate times. Then they wouldn't show - kept putting me off for later in the day or the next day, then not showing again. Or downright not answering the text I would send querying when they would arrive. Didn't use the quality of materials I requested even though I was willing to pay extra. Didn't finish off the little details like painting the raw wood the same colour as the rest of the wall. It's too bad because they could be very good, but the lack of professionalism was daunting. I won't continue using them with the other two renovations I have to do.

This team did quality work, they were knowledgeable about the construction of my old home and their work is clean and tidy. The communication was easy as well. ?

We chose him because he had done work for two of my husband’s co-workers and they were very satisfied with the results. Tony was our general contractor for the following -demolition -design (he worked with the kitchen designers to ensure that the cabinets/appliances will fit & to see if we could remove walls) -flooring install -install new doors and windows -drywall -framing -insulation of our attic -permitting -electrical -plumbing -paint -tile -appliance installation -finishing We are very happy with our reno. Tony was on time, and on budget. He works very hard and has high standards. He was in contact regularly and has a good relationship with the building inspectors. He is conscientious about keeping the job site clean and ensuring that his trades are doing good work. We would definitely hire him to do work for us in the future.

We changed our minds and scope many times along the way and they were able to pivot and accommodate on a whim, without any complaints. Tony and Niky's commitment, attention to detail, quality of work, and customer service are just out of this world. They are so respectful of one's time and space and genuinely very honest people. Tony gives very practical advice with lots of different options and where we can get our bang for buck. He's very careful to understand our budget and our needs prior to diving too deep in. His communication is speedy and clear and always true to his word. There is not a single negative thing I can say about them and we are just LOVING every inch of our new renovation! Even the sub-trades they work with are fantastic. BONUS: we even finished ahead of schedule during the pandemic! The place was absolutely spotless and move-in ready when they were done - it was such a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Tony, Niky, and Nia for making this process so smooth and stress-free!

The project was completed on time (~6 months) and on our move-in date we felt like we had a brand new house. Tony's attention to detail is excellent and his practical approach helped us to save money where we could, spend it where we needed to and keep the scope in check so that we could finish the project within our financial means. He was very fair with extras and changes and has stood behind all of his work (we have since used him for an exterior/landscaping renovation and a small bathroom addition). Excellent integrity, good quality, practical and fair.
