★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love LittleStar. This is our third (fourth?) project with them -- a whole main-floor & kitchen overhaul, plus bathroom, plus misc -- and they were fantastic. Jobie has great ideas, Sam is brilliant on execution, and Pip is always following up, communicating and keeping things on track. If you want a contractor that you don't have to hand-hold, hire these folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just recently completed our second floor deck extension project. The Little Star team were great to work with from beginning to end. The start of the project had to be delayed by 3 months due to an unexpected personal health matter, but Jobie and his team were very understanding, supportive, and caring throughout.
Sam, our project manager, was always in communication and the quality of their work including the sub-trades they used was high.
The whole family loves the finished deck and we’re grateful to the entire Little Star team. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Little Star for a renovation to the top floor of our townhouse. The reno took a little longer and had more hiccups than any of us were hoping for (due to some issues with one of the sub-contractos beyond Little Star's control). That being said, we appreciated Little Star taking on our relatively small project and we especially appreciated the way they made sure to follow the project through all the way to the end. For what it's worth, I used to practice construction law, and I had a lot of frustrated clients whose contractors eventually tried to bail on them when it became obvious that the project was too much trouble. Sam's and Liitle Star's commitment to the client and to doing a good job speaks volumes about the character of their company.
Now that our loft looks all new and bright, I'm guessing it's only a matter of time until we're back to them to complete the rest of their designer's vision for our townhouse. We definitely need a break from the renos, but we'll be in touch down the road (when the dog stops chewing on the drywall...).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall not satisfied with our bathroom renovation experience with Little Star. They over promised and underperformed on the price, communication, time of completion and overall job.
Project management communication was poor and the original quote was substantially less that final price we had to pay and that was with taking off several items to get the cost down. Would not recommend Little Star, very disappointed with the whole renovation experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our experience with little star! We started our project with little star fall 2019 to spring 2020 after a previous contractor didn't work out. Little Star was really great at listening and doing exactly what we wanted. They never pressured us in any direction and they gave us several quotes on different versions of our project which helped us pick what mattered to us most for our budget. Our project consisted of the entire bathroom and partially the kitchen. We chose to do most of the kitchen ourselves, but little star did the heavy lifting: removing a wall, and did all plumbing and electrical. They did a great job in both places. We love the kitchen space without the wall and the bathroom is* gorgeous! *edited typo

A renovation is very stressful and not without its challenges, with every challenge the Little Star team was able to talk us through it and remedy a solution. We walk into our beautiful new kitchen and surrounding space daily knowing that we chose the right company, Little Star. We will 100% hire them on the next project we may have.

We had a project on a heritage home that included new insulation in a crawlspace, minor foundation repair, electrical upgrade and a heat pump installation. The customer service experience we had was just top-notch. Jobie and the team were so responsive, patient, and easy to work with, and everything went smoothly. The suite of contractors that LS brought together for the work was seamless. Not to mention that we’re thrilled with the quality of the work! We’re literally looking forward to hiring LS again.
