★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst Customer Service! I have been waiting 7 days for someone to contact me about a warranty on my FRIDGE that stopped working! No one called back for days and I still don’t have an appointment for anyone to come and look at it, let alone repair anything! When I finally get a call it it to tell me that they can’t call the repair company because they are closed! It is unacceptable to not work with a company that they can communicate with! This is gros negligence in the part of Domon. I thought by shopping at a local neighbour store would mean that they would care about their customers and be helpful. I am truly disappointed with the negligence displayed by the customer service. DON’T SHOP THERE! I want to give them a no star rating but it is not an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is is the best appliance store in Montreal. It is a no pressure environment where you a left to choose at your own discretion. Yves is always very helpful and he provides get tips for the maintenance of the appliances we buy. I have been a customer for the past 3 years and I strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jean-Michel is fantastic! The store is beautiful in Lachine, well organized and easy to shop in. Big difference from Brault & Martineau and other stores alike. We will definitely be back and would suggest it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice stuff reasonably priced.However don’t expect any follow through on their end. Not very professional that I had to contact you after a month. Only to find out it will be another 2-3 month wait. Mmmm
Worst customer service I have ever received. Lied to me for 9 months before refunding my deposit.
Do your self a favour and NEVER SHOO HERE!!
