I visited the store yesterday August 7th 2020 at approximately 6:09pm to pick out two appliances (fridge and stove). Upon entering the store I was briefly greeted by a man sitting at a desk. A simple “bonjour” without any further introduction. He did not ask if I needed any assistance nor if I were looking for anything in particular. I looked at a few appliances for about 15 minutes. At one point during the visit my friend’s mask detached and she didn’t realize and he got up to tell her to put her mask back on (which is perfectly fine) to the exception that this was the only time he actually “got up” from his seat and still did not initiate any further discussion. Once I finally settled on my own with two appliances and I was about to head towards him to make him aware. A couple, white couple might I add, walked in and he immediately got up from his seat to greet them and ask them if they needed any assistance. My heart sank because again this type of discrimination and prejudice still exists in 2020. I’m not on here looking for sympathy but simply to spread awareness. If your dollar is not important to them do not shop there. I should have left the second he did not fulfill his customer service guidelines but at the moment I just wanted to pick something out, pay for it and leave. Not again!

Good service they leave u alone to choose. Answer questions when u have. Delivery was good, but that's all they do is deliver. I needed help to just put the dryer on a platform 3 feet up. But they said no no we only deliver. I'm disappointed with that, I paid 50 bucks for delivery. They had the dryer they could of just lifted 3 feet and helped us out a bit. But they didn't very disappointed. 50 bucks for delivery from LaSalle to lachine. I have not tried the dryer yet. I'll review that another time.

When you go purchase something at this store , people are very polite . When it comes down to delivery , they’re scammers. They say they came by your home , which someone was home all day , they say they rang bell and no one answered . Then they say they called , only miss call I had was at 6:33 am on a Saturday morning . Who in the heck will call someone at 6:30 in the morning , on a Saturday morning to deliver a fridge pat 7 am ? Then you have to wait an extra three days afterwards, to hope you get your correct item delivered and they say I have to pay am extra 50$ for their mistakes . VERY BAD SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES . Very disappointed

I had a very good experience buying a washer/dryer set. Murat was very knowledgeable and helpful; while on the phone he sent pictures of any of the details he could find on the machines (incl minor scratches etc) and was able to arrange the delivery within a few days. He made the entire process very easy and fast. Now preparing for the delivery :) Thank you Murat!

Stove broke down 5 months after i bought it. Call the service department and they do not answer their phone, don't return your call, have to get a seller from the store to get them to call back, afterward, they tell you to email them to get appointment, and guess what, they wont answer it either. Then they forget to call you back and want to charge 100$ for their mistake. Do not buy anything there.

AFTER SERVICE CARE IS TERRIBLE!!! I bought a washer/dryer set on March 16 2022, n it was delivered Saturday March 19 2022. Sunday evening, the washer starts knocking!!!! Long story short, its been 2WEEKS with DEFECTIVE WASHER, and NO ONE has called me back.... Heres the full story: The following Monday it stopped working, i called After Care and no one answers. I miss their call (im at work) and VM says they will pass that friday. But no times given! I call back, no answer. 2 days later, another VM, confirming the appointment, with an additional msg, if im not there its 100$ FEE!!!! I email and call EVERY number i can find to cancel this appointment because I WORK! Im not losing a whole day salary for a DEFECTIVE washer they SOLD. Since Tuesday March 29, NO ONE has called BACK to reschedule. After service email i received (very unprofessional) says i need to call the service people, who, of course, DONT ANSWER. It is now 2 weeks later, stil NO Functional WASHER!!!! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

I would give 0 stars if possible they kicked my baby out of the store because it started crying. Then I still try to buy a stove and the young girl working there did not want to help me then I asked for a Manger and she called the cops on me never go here ! Literally rather not have a stove then buy from here

Don't buy from Econoplus! They delivered a non-functioning washer, that caused further damage to our home due to leakage, and to our clothes. They don't answer or return calls through their service department and their stores won't help, just directing to their service line. Warning! Our original machine that could not be repaired by reputable service repair as required part is discontinued is now for sale on their website. Buyer beware!!!
