T	TEMPORAL CHAOTICA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The least understanding people in all of Toronto. They have a tendency to cause problems for the people who are actually trying to recover, and allow problematic people to run amok. They treat all participants like children, and none of the staff there are actually qualified to do their job as it's pretty apparent that all of the staff not only trump the participants (the staff's needs come first), that the staff could benefit from therapy themselves. Some staff don't even have any actual credentials within the field and have no business being there. On the plus side, if you need a hookup for any drugs, this place is plagued by people willing to sell their goods to you.
N	N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great support system. Many resources, and many great people. They have a wonderful lounge that is open to anyone to use. It is comfy (despite it being small) and always has fresh food, drinks, tea, and coffee available. Their washroom is inclusive, clean, and contains both condoms and hygeine items which I think is amazing. All of that is free to use. They have a couple computers to borrow, and a TV where movies frequently play. There are couches, different chairs/tables, etc. It makes me feel safe there because the only way to be let in is by a buzzer, so I know the door is not just open to anyone. They have counsellors there that are so willing and caring. I had seen two, both of which were very helpful and kind. The offices are always safe-feeling, warm, inviting, and soothing. You also receive a free token afrer your visit to get home and to get back again. It is close to downtown Toronto (Dundas Station is the closest) and I personally like it. I also attended a creative writing group and it was so fun. I got to practice blackout poetry, and share with my peers. It was guided clearly, and I felt welcome and appreciated. Many great times here with many different people. They have wonderful volunteering opportunuties, too.
A	Ace Barz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has by far exceeded my expectations of being an intake patient to be assisted for the services that I truly need, all the most for the fact that they are LGBT oriented. This place has saved me from being depressed and overwhelmed person that I've been for the last couple of months and I'm glad a friend referred me to this place because it's such a welcoming place to be in when you're in a crisis in general if you were in cases involving abusive homes, and many more. although they're not really a drop in place to stay at night, I always a should I go there all the time to keep my mind off of the negative thought bubbles I've been having lately towards myself and they make me feel like I can be myself for once because of the way they talk to you as if you've been their friend for a long time even if you had just met them of that day. I highly recommend this place for youths especially, not sure what the age range is there for intake but all I know is id come here for any kind of situation that tends to storm my way. The only place I know where they actually care and want to get to know every person coming to this place on personal levels, the most helpful that I've seen up to date. Thank you guys for having me, it's been really awesome to be a part of this place.

But when I asked what I could have done better in the hiring process and better my professional development was ghosted. They say in the hiring process they are transparent and want to inform the applicant every step of the way? Does not look like they are too transparent. APPLICANT BEWARE

T	T T (T) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overly disappointed, I'm in need of services and the staff were not helpful.. heartbreaking. I almost cried. This is like false advertising to people in need - if you can't make it to drop-in hours good luck. They are available most of the week 9am-5pm but don't want to help outside of the hours from 1-4 pm in the middle of the week. Some people in crisis still have to go to work :( They rushed me off the phone... wasn't even on with them 3 minutes and to think i had so much anxiety to call them... just wow.
