The dentist was very responsive to my needs and the dental assistant Kayla was very friendly and comforting. I have not been to the dentist in many many years and no one made me feel "bad" for having not been, they listened, asked questions and gave great recommendations. Our entire family has now found a dentist!!! The receptionist, Andrea, is also very lovely! I highly recommend Dr. Ma and his team!

First time in about 20 years that a dentist took the time to go through all the proper procedures of checking jaw muscles, joints, lymph nodes etc. Didn't push any kind of extra things that could be done but gave a full assessment explained clearly what needed to be done, what should be done soon and what can be done later. This is everything I look for when visiting a dentist and Jeffrey ticked all the boxes. His staff was very nice and polite, even my 7 year old son likes going here. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

K	Kyla Kidd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Friend and Family since I was a small child and they are always fantastic, have a beautiful waiting area where you don't have to spend that much time, the hygienists are always very friendly, especially both Ashleighs are always very wonderful, Dr Ma is also always very friendly and very thorough with his consults. I had my first filling the other day and it was very quick, they were very reassuring and made me very comfortable.
J	J U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a few years. The entire time I was frustrated with the high prices. I also felt coerced to get ortho and procedures for myself and family from him. Because I grind my teeth I asked for a mouthpiece to help but he refused. When my back molars were sensitive due to grinding he said I most likely had cracks in my teeth and they needed crowns. Like a fool I believed him and let him ruin one of my good molars and put a crown on it. I left and found a different dentist after he did this. I should have left sooner. I have pain on that tooth 3 years later. It was only after I left & went to a different dentist did I realize I was being significantly overcharged. Beware. You can get better dentistry elsewhere.
