About Frida Beauty Bar
before:
avoid all blood thinners including alcoholic beverages, advil, aspirin, aleve, omega 3, fish oil, vitamin e, ginkgo, st. john’s wort, or garlic to avoid bruising.
after:
do not lay down for 4-6 hours after treatment to avoid migration of botox.
avoid placing excessive pressure on the treated area for the remainder of the day.
when cleansing face or applying makeup, be very gentle Avoid exercise, or extreme temperatures for the remainder of treatment day.
you may continue animating as normal by exercising the muscles treated.
redness and slight swelling is normal. some bruising may be visible.
you may experience some tenderness or a stinging sensation at the treatment sites that can last for a few minutes or up to a few days.
clients can occasionally experience headaches 1-2 days after treatment.
follow up:
your botox will start to take effect in 2-3 days and full results will be seen in 2 weeks.
if there is any asymmetry or “spocking” at day 14, book a follow up appointment for a touch up.

Best self investment ever! Seriously, I can’t believe I didn’t do this sooner. Chandan is the injector I personally see and she is so wonderful and friendly. She’s easy to connect with and made me feel comfortable knowing it was my first time. Thank you so much Chandan! I would absolutely recommend coming to Frida!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Tessa is exactly whom I needed. She was extremely professional and has such a loving personality. I love how informative she is while giving the botox injections. She shows you picture of the muscle groups which she will be working on and gives you the idea of what is happening and how things will work in conjunction to one another. This made me feel much more comfortable that I know what is going on in my body. She also recommends proper treatment and keep notes of things. She has taken before and after pictures and keeps them for 2 weeks touch up. Absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommend this place. Also had great service at the front desk. Great interior.

Alicia did a great job at setting expectations and ensuring that my look was natural and enhanced, rather than overdone. I struggled with the cheek fillers and a bit of discomfort and Alicia was great at supporting and coaching me through the procedure and I am so grateful she did - I love how the filler turned out. She made me feel so at ease and comfortabIe. I cannot recommend this business enough and I look forward to many more future visits!

I’ve had 2 sessions with her - and as a newbie she did such a great job guiding me and allowing me to make fully informed with the decision on where and how much I want to get.
She is so calming and makes the procedure so seamless that you are done before you know it.
The results have been amazing and I will definitely be back when needed.

Nowhere else have i gotten an experience while getting my hair done like i did today. From the moment i was greeted til the time I paid and throughout the day it was lovely!
Ally Davis is so knowledgeable and communicated with me all that I needed to know! I fully trusted her and knew she had my best intentions and treated my hair like she would treat her own.
