I came across Sydni on social media hoping to find someone with a lot of talent and personality and that is exactly what I found! she took my hair that was past chest level and turned into this amazing VOLUMINOUS creation! my hair is now 4-5 inches shorter. and holds style and volume now! and also she added blond to my hair where even if my hair grows out it will still look amazing! She is someone I would recommend if you do not know what you want to do with you hair but you just need something! She will transform you! 10/10 Plus Alchemy is such a gorgeous hair salon! Loved everything, and will return!

The cutest salon that always makes me feel magical when I walk out! Amazing customer service, fair prices and a fantastic and talented group of stylists. Can’t go wrong with any of the ladies that work there. I’ve never had a complaint with a single service for years now.

Lovely and modern salon with an inviting atmosphere. Followed stylist Mandy here and did not disappoint! Everyone seemed knowledgeable, very professional and kind. I enjoyed that it was not a busy large location and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will be coming back regularly! Highly recommend Mandy if you need a new hair stylist!

They kept getting the colour wrong for me, I asked for a beige balayage and instead I ended up with orange strands. When I told the hairstylist about it, she told me to come back for toning.. and my hair got worse. At the beginning, they promised me the exact colour I wanted... but did NOT deliver. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you to pay. This does not appeal as an honest business to me. The manager was extremely rude to me as I was on the verge of crying, she told me "don't be too picky".. well I of course I'm gonna be picky if I'm paying A LOT of money and then walking out with orange hair. The manager claimed it was because I was starting out with dark hair, but why would they promise me something they can't deliver from the beginning? I did NOT ask for a refund, as the owner is claiming this in the comment section, this is just another example of how dishonest this business could be! The owner is "apologizing" to me in the reply section but clearly it is not very sincere as she messaged me about my negative review, and not once did she apologize throughout her rant about why I shouldn't have posted a negative review. Please don't apologize just to show that you're a friendly and an honest business. I know that you're not very sorry, and you don't care since you already made your money, you just don't want to look bad that's all. She also claims that I was so happy when I left each time... the lighting in the salon is a white bright and there are light bulbs EVERYWHERE, it gives you such a false perception on your hair colour, blocking out any orange and warmer tones. Even the hairstylist herself admitted that to me. I've attached some photos for you to see for yourself!

Great quality and Service. Nya is incredibly friendly and professional. I got the Hybrid set. When I messaged her before my first appointment she even ordered me the lashes I was looking for!! (I went for brown to make them look more natural). I have weak lashes so I was nervous about the health of them, however Nya is super knowledgeable and takes great care in the application to ensure your natural lashes do not get damaged. Thanks again, Nya. I am hooked!

I have been trusting Ashley with my locks for a few years, I have been with her since before she opened Alchemy. She has always done an exceptional job, even when I was studying abroad I would not trust anyone else to touch my hair. It has been great to see her talents recognized in her ability to open her own business. I love all the tips and tricks she gives me to maintain my color until my next appointment. I look forward to going to every appointment, everyone at Alchemy is warm and welcoming!

I would highly recommend Mandy D at ALCHEMY! She is absolutely unreal at colouring and cutting and just doing hair in general! She is extremely professional and truly talented. I always get such a beautiful cut (she listens to what you want) and she is unreal at highlighting and blending my hair bright blonde! Mandy is super friendly and kind and I always have such a great experience with her! ALCHEMY is a really beautiful salon with tons of product! Will continue to go back to see Mandy at ALCHEMY 100 percent!!

Probably the best salon service I have ever received. the atmosphere was very relaxing. The salon’s open and minimal design Is very relaxing and welcoming. The price for their services are reasonable especially for the time and effort dedicated to me. Even in -35 weather, my trip to the salon was definitely worth it because of Alyssa. She gave me her undivided attention and pulled out all the stops to make sure i got my dream hair. She really listened to my hair concerns and what i want done. She’s an awesome stylist and human being (: she was very genuine and friendly, and i find myself to be lucky to have a stylist that has both skill and personality. Alchemy is very lucky to have her! I would definitely come back (i have finally found THE salon and THE stylist) and recommend this place.
