L	Laila Edalatnejad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 8 year old son, had a tissue like extra tooth in his gum that didn’t let his front permanent teeth come out, he had surgery 10 days ago with complete sedation and 5,6 stitches in his gum, my son didn’t feel anything during surgery and after 2 hours of a little dizziness and sleepiness, he started eating ice cream ,he was running around the house playing with his sister with NO PAIN ,NO ADVIL and TYLENOL, NO BLEEDING ,NO BRUISING , NO ANTIBIOTICS!!! And today I saw his permanent tooth that was stocked in the gum for 6 months is coming out ??? We really appreciate Dr. Freilich and his group, we had an amazing experience ??

His front desk receptionist on multiple occasions by telephone and in person is unpleasant and needs to understand that being short with patients is not ideal in a professional and medical environment. Not a good impression as she is the first and last face you see when visiting the office.

My dentist referred me to Dr. Freilich for wisdom teeth renewal. I booked an initial consult and remember that the voice on the phone was not warm or friendly. I was actually shocked when I hung up. I ended up cancelling the morning of due to a personal emergency, and the secretary (sounded like she had an eastern european accent) was quite rude. She passive-aggressively said "maybe next time you could give us more notice instead of cancelling so soon before your appointment". She then proceeded to call my dentist's office and "tattle tale" on me. I couldn't believe it. What mature adult does that?? I was embarrassed and uncomfortable when my dental hygienist brought it up as I am not someone who usually cancels last-minute unless absolutely necessary. Needless to say, I will never be providing them with my business and highly recommend that Dr. Freilich speak with his administrative staff about how this affects his bottom line. The only reason I am giving three stars and not one star is because I don't want to bring Dr. Freilich's rating down so low simply because of his staff. I love my dentist and I trust his recommendations. I just can't get past the way I was treated by the administrative staff at this clinic.

He was very honest and knowledgeable about my issue and gave me options that made me comfortable. I didn’t want to be put under and he ensured that I did have to and that doing the nitrous would be fine and I would feel some pressure. I had the surgery on Friday and my tooth or lack of tooth feels amazing. The procedure was so smooth and quick I am a little upset I didn’t get it done sooner. I can’t thank Dr. Freilich and his team enough they made me very feel very comfortable and safe the whole time. I would highly recommend.

I consulted with Dr. Freilich about my wisdom teeth and his pragmatic, honest approach made me feel very comfortable He didn't rush to any conclusions and did not recommend any immediate work. I like a doctor who wants to wait and watch. He answered all my questions and was so very kind and warm. You really can't go wrong with Dr. Freilich!

Woke up after with not much pain and was walking out of the place within 10 minutes. A few of my friends had their wisdom teeth out at other places and they woke up with gauze in their mouths and a lot of blood. I had no gauze or need for them and almost no bleeding. It was just uncomfortable for the first 24 hours and then a really fast recovery. Was playing golf within two days. Staff are very friendly over the phone and in person can’t complain about anything.
