★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I went there and dealt with Sam. He’s the manager and basically runs the whole show. This store is BUSY, really busy and he manages to run it all smooth with such a calm demeanour. He was helping me and a few other people at the same time. Thank Sam for the new phone and great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go to this private Windemere Freedom store, it’s not a corporate store. Adarsh increased the advertised price for a cell phone package and made us wait 20 mins when no one was in the store. It was a horrible experience. Very Rude! We drove to South Edmonton Common (corporate Store) immediately after and had an amazing experience with Amen…. She was awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company policy not honored know your rights. We purchased 2 Samsung phones at the end of July at this location. Customer service was terrible. The sales person did not approach us to help. He sat at his desk and starred at us with a deadpan expression the entire time. Zero customer service 0 questions asked. Extremely uncomfortable atmosphere we has customers had to ask the Important questions about are phone's. Bottom line is that the staff don't care if they get your business or not. Avoid the middle man order directly from Freedom.Mobile online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clay at the Windermere location helped me earlier this month. I have been with Wind/Freedom for 7+ years and recently had bought a new line with Bell as I needed International roaming. The 5 months that I was with bell was nothing less of a nightmare. They slammed me with excessive and incorrect overuse charges and would care less about my complaints or losing a customer. I walked into this location frustrated and Clay helped me not only port my number over to Freedom but provided me with a much better plan for less than half the monthly charges. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made sure I walked out of the store happy. Recommend this store!

He was patient and knowledgeable and brought value to our experience. Clayton even looked at other users on our plan to look for savings. Very pleased with our visit today. Thank you, Clayton!

He was knowledgeable about the devices and plans and was honest when I asked him to compare a few different phones. His recommendations were insightful and Clayton was always patient and never pushy. I truly felt he helped me get the best deal for what I wanted. Will definitely return to this location for any future mobile needs!
