★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! i took part of the 6 week challenge at fit theorem, Teri and her team worked wonders for my wife and i to reach our fitness goals. i would recommend fit theorem to anybody looking to change their diet, fitness routine, their health, and accountability :) thanks for an awesome 6 weeks!

The coaches are friendly and always bring high energy to the classes that help push you when you want to quit. Looking forward to how this place assists me in becoming the best version of myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been the best fitness regime for me and I've been through a few different clubs over the years. I've been with Fit Theorem since Jan 2022; I've enjoyed it so much I signed up for an annual membership. I receive motivation, guidance, encouragement, support and empowerment to reach personal fitness and healthy eating goals. The coaches have taught me to eat better, know the quality and the combination of foods that best helps support my weight loss and my body's health needs.
This might be the healthiest I've been in a long time. I eat well, shed pounds slowly and in the healthy way, I'm getting stronger with each class. Everyone at the club keeps me motivated and am genuinely a happier and healthier individual being with them. I've found an exercise that I love and a community of support from the coaches as well as from my fellow workout-mates.
To the coaches - keep up your awesome work and your care and support for each member that comes through the doors. And to my workout-mates - you all rock! Keep up the hard work and i will see you in classes!

For me, joining Fit Theorem has been life changing. Before starting this kickboxing journey, I was struggling with depression and anxiety, but now I’m starting to feel like my old bubbly, creative self once again — one class at a time. :)
