★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrid experience. I waited in their store for nearly 40 minutes because their employees were busy. While waiting, I snapped a picture of a plan they were offering (keep in mind. They posted this pricing, not me).
After waiting, I went to make a call and returned. I waited another 15 minutes before someone came to help me. I ended up deciding on the plan pictured on the right. Pay $209 up front, $30/mo tab and $50/mo plan for the 256 GB iPhone 11. After all this waiting I was told, they don’t actually have this phone available, the sticker there was a mistake. Their website also has this particular phone and size - but apparently they don’t carry it. I asked that they order one in for me and they said they can’t do it. They became rude and the woman helping me just shut down and barely said anything to me. I waited almost an hour to be told that the sticker in their store that THEY put up was wrong and they couldn’t do anything to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a new phone from here recently. The guys were friendly and helpful. I was having a really hard time with the customer service on the phone to change my plan (apparently Freedom had some major bugs going on at the time) and these guys pretty much saved the day. I am very jaded towards phone companies and cell phones manufacturers in general, but I had good service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should be more flexible in return policy in corona time. 1 month after got a new phone, it is not working properly, and they were not very friendly. Do not go to this store. I will never renew with freedom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst employees. I had the most horrible experience at this location. Had a deal from freedom and went to the store to get it, first they said the deal is not valid, came home and called the customer service, they said the deal is valid and to go back to the store and ask them to call the customer service. They denied to call the office, I called and handed the phone to them, the csr told them to give me the deal. After I came home and looked and the contract, I noticed they lied and didn't give the discount they were supposed to. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS place is good you just have to be smart on going here because theres a lot of people here coming and theres only 2 or 1 person working here. and 1 customer can take 1 hour depends.
online and this place is the same of what they offer. they just dont have all the supply.
btw i did take their lowest offer now which is 99 prepaid annually unlimited talk and text but no data.
btw its better to buy phone outside of freedom and just get a plan. i save a lot
btw the place right now is close i dont know if they will put a new business there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this store. Horrible customer service. Got a Samsung 20 FE, internet and GPS not working, and the don't let me upgrade phone 1 month later. They said I have to do an reboot of the phone, but my wife is having the same problem.
I would be happy to change my review if they decide to do a better customer service and solve my problem.
