★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't believe Denise Knee is a manager at this agency, that is terrifying. I had the displeasure of working with her at a homeless shelter a few years back and it was a nightmare. She bullied and mistreated me and would always go out of her way to make me feel totally unwanted at the shelter. Denise was one of the most abusive, rudest, meanest, and most miserable people I've ever met in my life. I would get bad anxiety before any shift that I had to work with her because of how she treated me. She also treated other staff badly as well. It was very obvious that Denise was deeply insecure about herself and her own life and would take out her misery on everyone around her. I am so happy to be away from her. It's really scary that she is a manager at this agency and that she has authority over other staff and clients. I never felt safe around Denise, ever. I can't imagine the negativity she has brought about to this agency.
