★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called BBNC to get some information regarding employment training for one of my young people I work with. Karen, who answered the phone was amazing. She took the time to listen and to look into my request. Karen was very patient and her tone was calm and welcoming. I also spoke to Lisa regarding the Lead2Succeed program they are offering and she was so nice and considerate, providing me with necessary details I needed to pass on to my young people to register.
