★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The washrooms are absolutely disgusting. No one maintains the washrooms and when you speak to the concierge desk, all they say is it’s not their problem. Even though you have to sign out a key tag to use their washrooms they still say it’s not their problem. No toilet paper or paper towel to dry your hands is supplied. Highly unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commercial washrooms are absolutely disgusting, concierge keeps saying that it is up to the commercial companies to clean the bathroom themselves, they will not even provide toilet paper because it is apparently up to us to bring our own. If I could give them a 0 star for the lack of help and the rudeness of the staff I would.
