Sidewalks and roads have been poorly maintained and inaccessible for the elderly (and those with mobility issues) for months and developer hasn't let the community know of when they would be repaired.

They used high quality building materials that are standing up to the test of time. The developer was also available to provide additional customization to our home, several years after move in. 5 years later, we are still very happy with our TATLA home.

They put my mind at ease even though some of the repair work required was not covered under warranty. They also worked with me on a payment plan as I wanted the work to be done by the original builder. Thank you for providing such great professional service even post construction!!!

The houses built by TATLA are high quality construction projects with functional livable spaces. The internal designs are great as well and the services they provide post construction are great. We are happy with our purchase several years later and highly recommend TATLA developments.

I am an owner in 27 North and the list of remediations are extensive not only with my suite but with many of the other owners I have spoken to. The common areas as in disarray, water ingress in multiple areas in the parkade, the steps down to it that look like a 30 yr old complex not a new building and now the current team dealing with things won't get back to me (or other owners). If you answer with a way of contacting you NOT the info@tatla address I will get in touch. I am afraid this may prejudice my position with the people in your organization I am dealing with. I could post pictures that would make the public shudder for a new building but I wont do that here...
H	Hi There on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go through what we have. Recently moved into a Tatla building and will never again. This is a new building where many corners have been cut, the workmanship is atrocious and they don't care about providing a quality product. Everyone in this development is frustrated with the current state of affairs and Tatla is largely non-responsive or provides terrible service that only puts a bandaid on the problem. Run from this developer. There are plenty of excellent alternatives in the Lower Mainland.
