Even the employees say that the products are as good as at Dolorama, however the prices are much higher!

Plusieurs produits cassent dans les premières utilisations et lorsque vous les retournez, ils disent qu'ils vont vous rappeler pour le remboursement mais ne le font jamais, pour ensuite dire qu'ils n'ont jamais entendu parler de votre situation et vous classe non-remboursable et votre produit non-remplaçable.
They are thieves! Several products break in the first few uses and when you return them, they say they will call you back for a refund but never do, only to say that they have never heard of your situation and classify you non- refundable and your product non-replaceable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager yelled at me, because I broke a little sake glass accidentally and wanted me to pay for the whole set, a carafe and three other glasses. As I refused to listen to what I was proposing her she was yelling on top of me,and repeated twenty times, at least,that I was not leaving without giving her fifty dollars. I proposed to her to pay ten dollars but refused in an angry way. Even the customer who was at the counter told her that I was right,and said put the three glasses and the carafe in sale and take my ten dollars but she was still yelling and refusing to listen to us. It was the first and the last time that I will go to the store and I will tell all my friends in Bromont to never put their feet in that store . The Asian woman who said to be a manager does not know that customers are always right. She refused to tell me her name and the name of the oowner,a thing that every one should know. My daughter told me that I spent seventy five dollars in that irrespnsible store., so that I should just left everything on the counter and leave..
