He's simply the best, and I couldn't imagine myself, my friends or my family doing business with anyone else. On the sell side, Frank has always delivered. All of my properties have sold in a matter of days, and above my target price regardless of market conditions. Staging and marketing materials have always been on-point, and Frank has always been involved personally... often he'll be the guy moving your heaviest piece of furniture all by himself to make sure its perfectly positioned! On the buying side, Frank is incredibly knowledgable, patient, and able to assess your wants and needs. He's shown me dozens of homes, and his insticts are always right. He has great vision for how a space that may not seem obvious to you, can be perfect with a few simple changes, and his family background in custom home building means that he has a keen eye for quality, defects, and design. When the time comes to take advantage of an opportunity, Frank turns the paperwork around so quickly it seems like he's got a printer in his car! I can't recommend Frank highly enough.
