★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Mike Christie to work on some postural alignment with my left shoulder and what he did was absolutely prolific.. He ended up making a connection into my neck and jaw.. His philosophy and techniques are super progressive and profound. He gave me extremely useful homework that I have been integrating into my yoga practice. Post session & in doing my assigned homework, I have been experiencing transformation in my postural health. Thank you Mike! ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike has helped me soo much in as little as 1 session we were able to get my right hip rotation from 16 degrees out down to 9 degrees almost back to normal, my walk feels completely different , something I have been struggling with majority of my life . He also was able to give me exercises for me to do at home, to help stabilize and strengthen, so my hip begins to stay in place . So grateful for his work !. I highly recommend checking him out for any of your needs no matter where you are on your journey.
