★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons eu un problème avec notre foyer acheté en 2015. Suite à un premier contact ayant eu un mal entendu, Foyer Suprême nous est revenu et ils ont su corriger la situation dans un délai plus que satisfaisant, considérant la fermeture pour les vacances d'hiver.
Notre foyer est maintenant reconditionné et pourra être utilisé pour plusieurs années.

We had a problem with our home bought in 2015. Following a first contact having had a misunderstanding, Supreme Foyer came back to us and they were able to correct the situation within a more than satisfactory time, considering the closure for the holidays of winter.
Our fireplace is now reconditioned and can be used for several years.

Edit: Decided to give it another shot, it's been 11 days and still no answer.

The product line is Modern, contemporary and user friendly.
Dominique and Anastasia are my go to people.. but all are fantastic!!!

I have a gorgeous ASTRA24 fireplace and after some time the blower stopped working properly (it's not manufactured by Foyer Supreme). I asked the company that did the installation works for a replacement free of charge, but unfortunately the warranty was a couple of months over and I was refused.
I decided to contact Foyer Supreme directly and explain the situation. I was lucky to meet great people who understood and helped me. These are professionals who can also show empathy.
I got my replacement blower!
