j'aurais donné"ZÉRO" dis qu'il va passer donne une date et heure et ne passe jamais très déçu. N'est jamais venu après 4 demandes on attends toujours
Good Value for money good installation but for maintenance and after sales service;
I would have given "ZERO" say that it will pass gives a date and time and never goes very disappointed. Never came after 4 requests we are still waiting

aucune idée sur la qualité du travail mais :
- Grosse perte de temps : devis oral 50% moins cher que le devis final.
- J'ai du les appeler plus de 15 fois pour qu'ils prennent le temps de me répondre (une semaine à les appeler plusieurs fois par jour avec comme réponse : "on vous rappelle dans 5 min"...).
- Déplacement à la maison : moins de 10 min pour regarder la cheminée car pressé (ok), mais autant pour nous raconter ses vacances...
To avoid.
no idea about the quality of work but:
- Big loss of time: oral estimate 50% cheaper than the final estimate.
- I had to call them more than 15 times to take the time to answer me (a week to call them several times a day with the answer: "we'll call you back in 5 minutes" ...).
- Travel to the house: less than 10 minutes to look at the chimney because hurry (ok), but as much to tell us about his holidays ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très belle salle de montre. Offre un travail clef en main. L'installation c'est fait sur une durée un peu plus longue que prévu mais au final le résultat est de qualité. Quand on sait qu'ils sont 2, on comprend et on accepte que le moindre pepin peut causer des délais.
Very nice showroom. Offers turnkey work. The installation is done over a period of time a little longer than expected but in the end the result is quality. When we know there are 2 of them, we understand and we accept that the slightest glitch can cause delays.

En septembre 2020,très satisfait surtout en ce moment (janvier 2021)c’est un monsieur qui travail bien et proprement sans tout casser et penser a sa prochaine installation
Et surtout pas menteur il fait se qu’il dit par contre il faut être patient il est victime de son succès plus d’ouvrage que prévu avec tout ce monde à la maison moi j’ai eu une excellente expérience avec lui
