★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/4 of my tires were done with out issue. The forth was destroyed in the process, and they gouged, bent, and dented the rim. The rim holds air still, which is the only standard they hold themselves too. The aesthetics of the rim are ruined, as hammer and pry marks, don’t cover up dents and gouges all that well. They offered to replace the tire, but not the rim, the rim can’t be replaced by anything commercially available. Take a moment to remember that tires are inherently useless without a rim, the replacement tire doesn’t help me. Called corporate in Sherwood park. They have the same opinion, just a corporate one.
(They want to just pound out the dents and bends, but I don’t want hammer marks either. Hammer marks, bends and dents weren’t there before, and aren’t on the other 3 tires. Let’s stop playing dumb to the issue)
Thanks for ruining 1 of the 2 matching bikes I’m restoring.
Apparently you have to discuss with these people wether or not it’s ok for them to literally ruin your parts with their service. Which I actually tried to do, but quickly got snubbed off with a “we’ll make it work” attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fountain tire Bonnyville lies to you every way possible from saying your tire is ruined cause the cords are showing which they weren’t photos to prove as well, after arguing with the manager Jason he says that it’s to worn to repair I can’t put that in my tire machine you will have to buy a new tire cause of the leaky bead seal omg this sounds ridiculous Went to kal tire and no questions asked the said yes I can fix your bead seal easily and this is the second time fountain tire has tried to con me from a flat repair into buying new tires. Thanks kal tire bonnyville

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some reviews are nutty. People need to chill. For years now I've been taking my vehicle in for tire and moreso mechanical issues and had no problems. They are honest and get the job done.
Yeah sometimes i have to wait a couple days but the world doesn't evolve around me. Yeah many many years ago I wanted to swap tires but they said no. They are too bald and they won't do it. Under the circumstances I was not happy. I tore out of the lot but I grew up and am glad they were more responsible than I was at the time.
Born and raised in this town and don't know anyone who has ever had a problem with them.
