★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to inquire pricing for TPMS sensor installation. Danny not only booked me right away, but also gave the best price out of all the locations that I had contacted. I would highly recommend this location and particularly Danny if you want any work done on your car. Keep up the good work Kal Tire, Bonnyville and Danny.

Would definitely recommend Jocielyn and Kory to a friend and families. Best wheel and tire shopping experience ever. Robert Foord should be proud of these people. Great customer service and will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a rotation, tech found one tire was damaged. Warranty covered the tire and I elected to buy three more tires as my vehicle is AWD.
The manager went through tire options and was able to offer a very good price on direct replacements, had the tires delivered and installed next day.
Have been buying tires at Kal Tire since i moved to Canada in 1994, I would recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using Kal tire since 2007 for tires and service. Always had good service till the new manager Mike came along in 2019. Gave him three tries but I will no longer be a Kal Tire Bonnyville customer. He's always impatient and condescending with me and his front staff. Also had issues with disc brakes seizing up because of poor inspection. I can elaborate if requested to.

They always get what I need done right away and they always tell me if there is something else wrong. They never fix anything without telling me first so I don't have an unexpected bill. They have fantastic customer service. Thanks for all you do for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse service I have ever received. Made an appointment for 11AM, travelled from my rural resident and arrived 5 minutes late. They had given my appointment to another customer, and I was told I could wait, I waited till 12 noon, and then I got upset that they never even tried to honor my appointment. Now it was lunchtime, and they don't work during lunch hour. I left and went across the street to Fountain Tire they took me as soon as the person in front of me was finished it was lunchtime, but they fixed my tire, and I was on my way now this is service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every year I bring my vehicles to this store twice a year and ppl keep telling me don’t go there they will damage your sensors and make you paying new once, I didn’t take it serious but guess what? they do that to me 2 times now, This is the last visit there, the lady bring the sensor to me and told me the sensor is gone we try to take it off and we break it so do you need a new one or just put this one back, And they made me pay for new one which is their mistake they break it and I pay for it, This is last visit for me to that store or any Kal tire in the area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colleen and Foster at Kal tire in Bonnyville are amazing!! Amazing service and friendly staff. Colleen was efficient and knowledgeable and outstanding customer service orientated. Sweet woman with a big heart. Great conversationalist and super personable. Foster was efficient and got the tires done quickly. Knowledgable about what I needed immediately and could wait for a bit . I appreciated these folks to no end!!! Well done!!! Would recommend in a heartbeat!!???
