★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. Quick service! I didn't have any problems coming to these guys with my emergency at last second and they came through 110%. A tire fix here is actually $10 cheaper than in Calgary. As nice as they were I'm hoping I won't have to come back anytime soon lol

I never feel like I’m being ignored with my concerns or that all they want is my money. Truly great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people there a very nice to me and have been for all my visits, however my last experience wasn't favorable. I brought my car in two days in a row, one by appointment. They didn't find time to look at it or tell me until I showed up at the end of the day. They told me in a week I might get in if I'm lucky. I took it to another shop the next day and they told me that if I had waited any longer my wheel bearing could have failed. I know this visit doest speak for every visit or person but it wasn't a great experience.

Prices were reasonable. There is cheaper tire stores in town if you shop around. Front desk staff were professional and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never bring any of my vehicles to this shop again. I had a Good Year tire that had been installed less than a year ago. The tire developed a fault, and this establishment would not honour the replacement. The employee passed the buck onto Good Year, saying that unless the tire was separating, there was nothing they could do for me because that is Good Year's policy Yet the tire had clearly developed a flaw. I will never shop with Fountain Tire anywhere in the country, and I will never again buy a Good Year tire.
