The service was quick, but I was in no hurry to pick up the car. Over all the staffs are professional and courteous. The sales are accommodating, my budget was not enough for a brand name tire, but I am still able to get a good set without too much compromise in performance. I also received a free inspection!

I took the vehicle to the dealer and they said there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. If these guys tell you something get a second opinion.

First it took 2.5 hours for them to replace 2 valve stems after the guy on the phone assured me it would only take 1-1.5 hours. Then when I went to pay they tried to overcharge me. After I asked to see a cost breakdown she printed my receipt and it cost $25 less then she originally said. Then when I got home I found out they overinflated both tires by 10 PSI! Update: Manager called and profusely apologized. I was fully reimbursed. I applaud FT for the fantastic customer service.

Staff were friendly and prompt and my truck was fixed as good as new. A truly humbling experience. I would highly recommend this particular Fountain Tire to anyone in need of automotive repair or service!

I visited Saturday, May 6 as I initially thought my car had a flat tire; only to discover it was a cracked rim to which one of the two BMW dealerships in this city which I purchased my car from will have to replace the rim. I had the pleasure to interact with Oliver Montesa initially whose breadth and depth of knowledge is amazing. Not only does he have a very extensive knowledge of everything cars related, his genuine concern for the customer service experience is equally amazing. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michael Sands whom I later discovered was the owner. An equally impressive individual. If you are looking for great value for your money with a fantastic customer service experience, this is the place. The experience I had with Oliver and Michael - they've earned a lifelong customer because of it.

Michael was very honest about what I did and did not need and I felt no pressure whatsoever to get any additional service on my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back to this location! :)
C	Carole G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is AMAZING!! I had a flat in -30. AMA wasn't even answering their phone. It took 9 hours for a callback and 40 hours for service. Despite how busy they were, Michael and his team had it done in less than 2 hours!! It probably would have been less time if I'd arrived at the shop quicker. I went out with the mobile unit, he installed a spare and even dropped me at work. They fixed the tire and today I just have to go back to get it re-installed. It's very rare now a days to get service like that. Thank-you Michael and team.
