I love this park. I love working in my garden. I love watching the dogs. I love splashing with my toddler in the water feature. I love picking the pears. I love that people go there to hang out and read. I DO NOT LOVE THAT OTHER PEOPLE LEAVE DOG POOP IN THE GRASS!

In the aftermath of the Iveson-McKeen concrete jungle era this little park refuge is something even though the core could use a lot more green space. My dog does love coming to the off-leash enclosed park which during the 4:30-7pm weekday hours can see quite a turnout. Usually a great vibe there with the dogs running and playing. The occasional scuffle. Nice little water fountain and community garden as part of the area as well.

Downtown's jewel, sunshine sanctuary, direct sunlight ? throughout the day, refugium for citizens & visitors alike, YEGs residential towers & historic 104 St. the backdrop. Children, take your parents for a walk & sit them on or against the playful arranged Lego-inspired seating arrays, geometrically aligned for optimum sun rays exposure. Grass areas invite to that o'so simple luxury of enjoying a urban park 104 St. style. ? mondane, funky, welcoming. Center stage of the small-footprint Alex Decoteau Park is a red curved statue, eastwards facing with flattering shaped arms signalling welcome to park guests

It's an ok park: a small enclosure with turf and no trees. It's a good space to socialize without distractions. I think its great there's an off-leash park right downtown and my puppy had a good play session this morning.

Great green space in downtown. There is such a shortage of park area downtown it’s nice to have this open place. It includes a dog park so it’s good for those who have a dog. There is lots of seating and small fountain. It’s named after the first idigenous police officer in Canada and was also a famous long distance runner. I’ve been to this park a few times and have always enjoyed it.

Awesome, little dog park and community garden. It was so nice to see this here then the dirt lot it used to be. I hope the city keeps creating these little spaces.

Awesome off leash dog park right in the heart of downtown! Lots of friendly dogs for your pup to play with. My only improvements would be to have some tap water at the fence for the dogs and some de-icing maintenance in the winter time. Other than that it’s perfect!

Great little on leash dog park nestled downtown. It is quite small so be aware. There's a water feature that's pretty cool, lots of trees, tables and a decent view.
