Don't even bother with this place. Has good intentions but fails to deliver actual help.

I don’t write google reviews, but I’m genuinely disappointed in this case. I’ve been many times because the doctors are professional and friendly, although unfortunately disorganized, and the receptionist is usually snark. They’ve lost my tests (more than once!) which meant I had to spend many more hours of my life in that waiting room, usually listening breakbeats or something equally unsoothing, than I would like to admit. Last time I went, about a month ago, I was supposed to be referred to another doctor. Still nothing. I’ll give them one last call but I’m never going back to this clinic again.

Really good doctors and nurses but the wait times are insane. You can come in exactly as they open (11am) and have to wait 30-60 minutes. You can make an appointment and wait two hours after you were scheduled. And if you ask reception they will give you a completely inaccurate time frame: I was told five minutes and it turned out to be at LEAST 40. Again, GREAT doctors but they need to be prepared for patients before their advertised open time and have the availability to see doctors at least until an hour before closing. It’s currently 1pm and someone was just told there are no doctors available but they’re open until 5pm.

All of the 3rd floor staff was very nice to me but they failed to ever give me any real help or support. I have been coming to the foundry for almost a year now and the staff has still failed to connect me with a counselor closer to my home. Generally nice and caring people staff though. The 2nd floor on the other hand was just awful. The receptionist was awkward and unfriendly, and the psychiatrist I was meant to see was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to the foundry again. They wasted a year of my time and haven't helped me one bit. Please save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Although this clinic has good intentions, it fails to provide fair opportunity to all of its patients. The clinic has its posted hours of operation on the website as well as their front door, yet they open their doors 15 - 20 minutes before this time. Because it is a drop-in clinic, this allows people to sign in before the clinic is even open. There have been multiple times when I have arrived at the clinic BEFORE it opened and the wait time was already 3+ hours. I've also arrived exactly at opening time and the clinic was full already from people signing in before opening. This is unacceptable because it causes problems for people with accessibility issues and people who have limited means of transportation who cannot rely on always getting to the clinic half an hour before they have to. This clinic needs to either update their hours of operation to make it fair to new or unfamiliar patients, or they need to honor their existing and advertised hours of operation.

Was ignored by the person at the frontdesk completely despite them acknowledging everyone else in line. Then when I actually saw someone they told me to go somewhere else for a service they provide, not offering an appointment of any sort. Incredibly rude and unprofessional, if I wanted to go to another clinic I would have done so already. If they are going to ignore patients then this clinic doesn't deserve your health care dollars, dont go here.

Do not go here. Just don’t bother. Go somewhere else. I got there half an hour before they opened and there were 5 people in front of me. Okay, it happens. I wait to be called up and put in line and they do so 5 minutes before they open. I go up to the counter and the receptionist (nice lady) informs me that they are FULL on doctors. So I can’t get my medication refill on antidepressants and sleeping pills and I can’t come by any other days because I have work whilst they’re open. I’ve been on them for over 2 years but since I’ve not come in since August (for my last refill) the doctor won’t be comfortable refilling it. There’s more adult (non patient nor employees/volunteers) than patients so there’s not even much room to wait. Once again, do not go there.

For a clinic that's aimed toward helping youth, it's kind of unfortunate that they're closed after school hours and on weekends. The staff, at least the people I've met have always been nice but this place is definitely NOT equipped for like, anything. There have been several occasions where I have just not received notice back about appointments even when I'm told I will. Even the counsellor I was seeing agreed that there are a lot of problems with communication. Y'all need better receptionists.
