โ โ โ โ โ Dr Lisa Polinsky has been a wonderful support to me. I am incredibly grateful for her ability to listen, her gentleness and the way she looks at things holistically, even making the emotional connections to things (many use the word 'holistic'...but don't really encompass that approach), and most of all that she is willing to work 'with' me in my healing plan. In this way she has been a 'partner' on my wellness journey, this is so much more empowering than being treated like you don't know about your own body (which sadly is very common)! Its rare to find a practitioner who truly listens and partners with you in this way. If you want to feel empowered and heard on your wellness journey then I highly recommend her!

โ โ โ โ โ Dr. Polinsky is caring and compassionate and a joy to be around. I can tell she is cheering for me to thrive. Coming out of my cancer treatments I was depleted of mental and physical energy. In just one year my energy has transformed with diverse practices including dietary adjustments and supplements that work for me. She's a great listener, she has worked well with my family physician, and has only ever suggested things and let me decide what is best. I would recommend her to anyone looking for vibrancy and optimal wellbeing.
