physio, sports medicine, massage, needling,
cupping, and so on. I had been trying everything I could for the last 6 years on and off to manage pain/soreness and try to fix muscle imbalances and tightness. My biggest issue before was that while my current problems could be quickly addressed, I never felt that long lasting underlying issues had been dealt with. With Mark I aim to change this. He is using his skills and experience to find the deeper issues that may be causing unintended affects through my body. Not only were my current symptoms alleviated, but I plan on having other concerns dealt with as well, so that I can avoid having to have more work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for persistent neck pain that nothing else has really helped, and the results were amazing. I've never been to an osteopath before, but Mark was amazing. He explained everything he was doing, and I've been seeing great improvement every time I go in. If you haven't been to an osteopath before I highly recommend it. Ask for Mark at Foundational Body Therapies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother had a heart burn issue for a long time. We went to see doctors and specialists. Still have no clue . .So I took her to Correnna at Foundational body. It is amazing. She took time to exam her whole body. She looked at her fascial restriction and diaphragm patterns. After the session, my mom is in a better body posture and less stomached complains. Correnna , you are amazing. Thanks a bunch to take care of my mother. Highly recommend this place because she really know internal organs and she has the magic touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foundational body Therapies was my first experience with an Osteopath. I booked with Ryan Staal, he made me feel very at ease and comfortable immediately.
I wasn’t sure what to expect but Ryan was very thorough and explained everything along the way. He took the time to hear, and thoughtfully understand my issues and concerns, you could see the gears turning in his mind while he thought about what could be causing my issues.
When we moved on to treatment he was very gentle, at some points during my treatment I felt so relaxed I could nearly have fallen asleep. I left my appointment feeling better, and kept feeling even better in the days that came after.
I cannot say enough good things about Ryan! If you’ve been on the fence, this is your sign to book already! You’ll be well taken care of.
