We have rent a property from May 2019 to February 2020 through this realtor with Jeff as property manager. Everything was fine until we left the place. They never refunded us the deposit ($800) even if the place was left in a great shape. We sent emails without any answer in months.
We are sad it ends like this.

He provided clear and helpful guidance, and was very responsive whenever we needed him. He was friendly, punctual, communicative, detail oriented and very patient with replying to our long emails with many questions multiple times. In the end the whole process felt like a breeze!
