★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors here are fabulous.... Their front office staff on the other hand.... Need to lighten up, their miserable attitudes, and down right rudeness makes my family and I avoid this place like the plague. To the doctors ?keep doing what you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors seem fine. You won't ever meet them though, as the phone staff are incompetent. Redirect - extension - dropped call - try again later - wait on hold. Just go to emergency room, waiting 15 hours at emergency is better than calling three times a week for two months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular patient of the health team but the after hours clinic is hit and miss, today for example despite written and verbal instructions they sent my antibiotics to the wrong pharmacy and I've been sitting around screaming in pain all day waiting for them to say they are ready. Then I had to call shoppers to call shoppers to refill it at a different location which could take another few hours, like follow basic instructions, and not to be sexist but I only experience these inconveniences when I deal with women there, like how hard is it to get people the care they need, because of your negligence I am unnecessarily suffering. Thanks for the awesome service bravo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Summary - Staff 5/ stars; communication 0/5 stars. My family physician is located at this clinic. She is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her. The staff that provide medical care are great. Recently however the facility's phone system has become a disaster. Multiple extensions as either said to no exist, get dropped before connection or "cannot be reached at this time". Wait times for a receptionist are at a minimum 10 minutes and will regularly exceed an hour.

This is our family doctor's office.
She's excellent and the medical staff are great.
Communications are a DISASTER.
If you are fool hardy enough to call, prepare yourself for the following:
1) Dropped calls - phone rings, line goes dead, are they hanging up on us?
2) If your call is not dropped you will hear the following "cannot be reached at this time", is the office closed? Who knows?
3) If you are persistant, after 30 mins and a dozen attempts you may, if you're lucky, be put in a phone que.
4) Here you will wait between 30 mins to an hour to speak to a receptionist.
5) And if you're really lucky she may be polite.
