★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This particular Forever 21 at Yorkdale has many floors with a huge selection. The staff are pretty friendly, but over time I’ve noticed Forever 21’s prices have went up quite a bit. Sad to see that, but this location is really nice and always organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to WARN you when you go shopping here. Be cautious when u try clothes on. There was about 1.5cm of NEEDLE inside of a sport bra which I tried on. And I got HURT by it. They said it is a sensor but honestly I don't get it.(other bras did not have it) Even they tried to blame me or behaved like that's not a big deal while saying cover of the sensor might be fell off during changing. I expected their apology and immediate response such as giving first aid kit but there was not before I asked. They just let me write a form to report with a manager. At least, after I asked for apology to the manager, she finally apologized.
I really was about to buy the stuffs which I tried on. But, after the accident, I did not want them anymore.... I can not trust products of forever 21 anymore cuz It might be dangerous and keeps remind me of this bad experience. Yes. I am just one ordinary customer whom forever 21 might not care about. But, I guess I won't be back to forever 21 for shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forever 21 used to have great clothing. But for the last two, almost three seasons it is clear they became obsessed with trying to start some kind of 1970s retro trend... And it has been revolting and never took off. No the 70s doesn't work the way the 80s did and then the 90s retro kind of did. No surprise to me the store went out of business. Sucks for the employees and managers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got 3 pairs of studs, a comfy pair of men's slippers that fit me a women well and a white t-shirt with black sleeves and a rainbow all for $21.99 what a steal of a deal. Encouraged me too wear earrings after years of not wearing earrings. What is it about buying something new that you already have that makes you want too use it. I have much earings jewellery that I haven't taken advantage of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Yorkdale location, the store is very big with lots of wasted space. Also, no sales persons there to help customers.
Even in the bankruptcy protection and needs to liquidate merchandise, the prices are just so so.
I was at the shoes and clothing sections but all the more popular sizes were not available. With no sales persons in sight, I only searched for a few minutes and shopped somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What do I say about this store I know I am not 21 anymore bit I cannot get out of this store the clothes they make the jewellery the shoes and bags everything is what I have always wanted. I know some of the dresses are bit expensive I cannot afford them but they have an option of dresses under $5 or under $10 I always visit that section first makes me happy that there is something for every girl. They have plus sizes too. I bought so many dresses jewelry hair accessories. I will be posting the photos of them soon. You feel like you are you are young once you enter the store. The sales girls are always there to help you. They help me chose my outfit because I know my sense of dress is a. It off.I have been in Canada for 10 years and this has been my store. I wish I can but everything they have but its ok as long as i own a big collection of this store is enough for me. I will recommend it to any girl who wants to look as young and beautiful as I think I look.I love it. I can keep writing about this. But I think its enough. Go see for yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous store even for men. Their men section is small but it has some nice finds. Got an outfit and a half for a steal from their clearance section. Although if you see something you like I'd try it on even if the size it says isn't typically your size, as I usually wear a large and a small shirt fit me really nicely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy gifts for family. Picked out something to stand in line. Very disorganized 3 rows for cahsier. Lady ignores me until i ask her. Is it only 1 cashier and she goes yes because she is too lazy to assist you in paying. I dropped my styff and left. Worst customer experience service ever! Shop elsewhere people.
