Horrible patient service. I called in once to check if I should come see my family doctor, or go to the ER based on some symptoms I had been having. Clerk put my on hold to check with her manager, AND THEY JUST HUNG UP ON ME. No call back, nothing - thatโ€™s how much they care about patients. I ended up just going to the ER. They have also in the past just straight up ignored my email inquiries. The lack of professionalism and common curtesy by the office administrators at this office is depressing. I do not recommend this office, but they donโ€™t care - we have too few doctors in Canada for them to actually want to improve their services.

These people truly do not respect their patient's time. and schedule. I had booked an appointment and let the front staff know I have to be out by certain time. She told me to sit and wait. I waited 40min past my appointment time and was going to be late more because dr.Kan Busy with phone,Just got up and left. Very disrespectful towards patient's time and oblivious that people may have other things planned. I respect your clinic by making an appointment and showing up and they still make you wait hours without even an apology. I really wanted to like this clinic but with their poor time management and disrespect for time and my busy life, it is not going to workout.

If you want to sit on hold for 1.5 hours just to have them hang up then this is the office for you. Horrible receptionists. Been a patient for 19 years and they have gotten worse each year.

Absolutely terrible front-desk experience. Did a telehealth appointment and the pharmacy never received the prescription. After being hung up on twice by the front desk, they finally told me I had to book another appointment which I will be waiting for the end of the week to receive my prescription. I don't know why I have to do so much digging to fix the mistake that they made.

Ableman doesn't care about anyone who isn't pregnant. He and his staff have treated my family appallingly. We've had numerous requisitions not sent from his office, botched care, and are seriously considering legal action. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. EDIT: Since I can't respond to the business reply below I'll do it here. You couldn't be bothered to care enough about my family to provide competent treatment or diagnosis or even forward requisitions until you saw threats of legal action and now you "care"? You've made my mind up for me, caring only for your reputation now, such as it is. You'll be hearing from my lawyer and the BC College of Physicians.

Had one good experience where the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful. The clinic called on the day of my second appointment saying they didnโ€™t have my lab results. Lifelabs already resulted them and they are visible to me in my account. They asked that I email my results to the clinic on a gmail accountโ€ฆummmโ€ฆno, thanks. The follow up doctor unfortunately had no idea what lab values/range were relevant for the test and was not able to give even the remotest context to the results. Could not wait to get off the phone. What a waste of time.

My husband came in first thing this morning as a walk in, was told they weren't taking walk-ins this morning and he would get a call from a doctor for a phone appointment around 11:30am. No call at 11:30. He called back around 1:30 and was told the doctor was "running a little behind" but his appointment was still scheduled. My husband called back at 3:30 to see what was going on and was put on hold until 4, at which point the voicemail said the office was closed. Don't waste your time with this place if you're a walk-in. Update: The doctor called that day at around 5:00pm, seems to be working independently of the clinic's hours. Glad to finally get a call, but it was 6 hours past the appointment time.

While my mom received a good treatment from her doctor, we were treated horribly by the receptionists. They could not display any skills in customer service and spoke rudely to us while not respecting our requests. It seemed they have issues they have to resolve and not bring them to the office.
