★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude Cashier. She has carrot top hair color white woman, loud mouth. She verbally assault to a lady with her child. Don't know if it was mistaken identity on the lady with the child part or the cashier has a bad day picking on anyone.
Food basic should have security guard again.
Shelves needs to be restock. I had to go their at least 4 times in a week to find what I wanted.

Most sale items are out of stock.
There never seems to be enough cashiers.
Super friendly staff, even though they're over worked.
Overall, this store needs major improvements, but all the improvements that are needed, can only be corrected by upper management.
Top marks for the staff though. They compensate for the bad with personality, understanding, and respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier had to deal with a customer trying to use coupons. Uncomfortable situation which she handled very well. Many people had to line hop. Extra cashier would have been handy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The layout of the store coerces you to buy something, OR you must try to figure out how to escape because everything is blocked off unless you go through the cashes. Not very good when you don't find the thing you're looking for because they are not well stocked with a variety of items. We had to jump over a barricade to escape, after we couldn't find Sushi Nori.
Bad Food Basics, bad. Shame on you.
