La collaboration est encouragée et les employés se soutiennent les uns les autres, par exemple en reconnaissant régulièrement le bon travail de leurs collègues. Les projets sont motivants, puisqu'on sent que notre travail fait une différence auprès des équipes de soins et des patients des hôpitaux du CHU de Québec et du Centre de recherche. Je recommande fortement cet employeur!
A great organization to work in, with excellent working conditions! The small team of the Foundation is very human, the atmosphere is family and pleasant. Collaboration is encouraged and employees support each other, for example by regularly recognizing the good work of their colleagues. The projects are motivating, since we feel that our work is making a difference with the care teams and patients of the hospitals of the CHU de Québec and the Research Center. I highly recommend this employer!
