Très satisfaite. On m’a répondu rapidement, presque pas d’attente (vers 3h du matin). L’infirmière m’a posé beaucoup de questions et m’a fait des recommandations et m’a énuméré une liste de symptômes à surveiller.
Very satisfied. I was answered quickly, almost no waiting (around 3am). The nurse asked me a lot of questions and gave me recommendations and gave me a list of symptoms to watch out for.

J’ai attendu environ 20 min pour parler à une infirmière. Elle a bien prit le temps avec moi de faire le tour de la situation et de me faire des recommandations. Je me suis couchée moins inquiète!
I waited about 20 minutes to speak to a nurse. She took the time with me to go over the situation and make recommendations. I went to bed less worried!

Le temps d'attente est parfois long mais le service est excellent. J'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises au courant des dernières années et j'ai été satisfait. Pour des questions d'ordre général ça peut sauver une visite chez le médecin.

J’ai appelé peut être 4 ou 5 fois, pour l’info santé, et même, l’info sociale, depuis le début de la pandémie. Je ne suis jamais arrivée à avoir la ligne, cela me disait que la ligne était impossible à acheminer. Sûrement que le volume d’appel est trop important en journée.
I have called maybe 4 or 5 times, for health info, and even social info, since the start of the pandemic. I never got the line, it told me the line was impossible to route. Surely the call volume is too high during the day.

Waited 1h, then i called back 2 other times and waited 35minutes and after i waited another 45minutes, still no answers. I looked on google to see if you were occupied but it was written not a busy day .... ????

I waited over an hour on the phone and even the nurse said "wow, you waited over an hour" when she finally took the call. Unfortunately, despite trying hard to communicate with me, her vocabulary made it impossible to understand what she was saying. I was also not able to answer her questions because of this. I chose to end the call because it was going nowhere and despite trying to be patient, she was getting frustrated and her tone was becoming unpleasant.
