Great service, great coffee. Our new block heater was ordered and installed in less than a week (installation, changing a taillight, and running a diagnostic took a couple of hours, to be more specific). Will be coming back to their body shop too

Focus Autobody is all about customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by how well I was treated, they went above and beyond. They also ensured my MPI claim was completed well, using the best parts they could procure. Thank you!

Very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job on my car, repaired for just 1 day they returned my car squeaky clean.

Staff were friendly, compassionate and prompt with offering service. They listened to all of my concerns and addressed all possible potential problems and discussed with me what should or could be fixed. They offered to go above and beyond what I’d expected for service including clean up, temporary safety window covering and shuttle rides to and from the business. The rate was affordable and again I reiterate, the staff were very kind. Thank you Focus Hyundai!

Very professional and friendly! Would like to thank Blair and Gord for taking good care of my car, was in an accident, they provided a vehicle for me while they fixed my car and when my car was finished it looked like a brand new car. I went to another place to get something really simple done and they said it will cost $50. I declined and came here instead. Completely free of charge, no questions asked, no trial promotion, nothing! The owner asked for my keys and started working on my car, it left me a bit nervous as he didn't really explain what was going on so I was expecting a fee... I left with a fixed car, free of charge, and a great impression. Without focusing too much on the free part, I think their service was very on point, straight forward with a high focus on customer satisfaction. I will definitely come back here, even when I have to pay lol

When I called late on a Friday afternoon about getting an MPI claim estimate they were able to see me by 10am on Monday - very impressive! When they were performing the estimate (very quick ... I think I was out within 30 to 45 min) I sat in the waiting room and made conversation about a battery problem with a different vehicle. I overheard someone in the back calling around on my behalf to find a battery for me from various shops he knew of. I was really impressed they went above and beyond like that when I hadn't asked them for this favour. I got my vehicle back yesterday (they had it for less time than originally estimated which is great) and everything looks perfect. Like the accident never happened! I really appreciated how they washed and detailed the car as well. 100% would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys :) Also, with the COVID-19 protocols they have implemented I felt very safe!

I brought my car in to replace the windows and the keys, since there was such a backup on MPI claims that my usual shop couldn’t take it in. Horrible mistake. I was told it would be done β€œsame day or next morning”, the next afternoon i phoned bc there was no update, they tell me they overbooked themselves… did they contact me to let me know that my car will be taking longer? Nope. My car ended up taking almost 2 WEEKS for a 1 day job, that’s absolutely ridiculous. They did have to take it to the focus dealership to get the keys reprogrammed, which took a majority of the time. The only communication i received was when I contacted them first. They didn’t respond to my messages, they didn’t call me at any point to give me an update. I finally picked up my car today, when i asked why it took so long i got a β€œi don’t know”. I rely on my car to work, and pay my bills, but they jerked me around for 2 weeks and i get my car back mere days before rent is due. The only positive is now my car has a window and the keys work. I do not recommend, and i will not be returning
