Excellent customer service, front office staff very helpful, friendly and courteous. Excellent workmanship as well. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience at Jim Pattison Collision and Glass. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing body repair work done on their vehicle.

I took my 2006 Toyota Yaris in after I got into an accident and needed to get an estimate. I was referred to see Maurice at Jim Pattison Collision & Glass after I went to another autobody place who deemed by car a write off. And Maurice saved my car! I would be without a car if it hadn't been for Maurice! Everyone is extremely professional, on time, and cared about saving my car. They also gave me a curtesy car while they fixed my car and fixed my car in a timely manner. They also buffed out some scrapes on my car that weren't even apart of the accident and now my car looks brand new! I highly recommend Jim Pattison Collision & Glass!

I had some claim work done on my 4 runner. Some minimal damage to me but it was quite a bit more involved. My vehicle downtime was minimal but what I found absolutely fantastic was the detailing work. My 2010 4runner looks brand new. I really appreciate the service I received from Tim and Mike's hard work on the detailing. Thank you guys for the hard work and a job well done.

Dropped my RAV4 for painting, after painting found scratches and bubbles at the time of pickup. I show the fault to the manager and the quality service provider, they took photos. I was rushing to work, ask me to call them back on Monday to book for an another appointment. I got busy on that day and didn't able to make a call. Give them call after few days and they promise me a call back . Still waiting for call. If you guys are busy and looking for a good result, please don't take your car to Jim Pattison collision and glass, sorry to say that.?

I brought my vehicle in for 3 MPI claims. 2 door dings and bumper replacment on my 2021 Rav 4. Customer service was wonderful! They set me up with their courtesy vehicle for the estimate and set up a rental as well when the vehicle went in for repairs. They were fast and efficient and my car looks as good as new! The repairs were done in a total of 4 days.

We have worked with Jim Pattison Collision & Glass on two occasions and they have provided us with superb service. Kim has been fantastic to deal with and she treated us with grace and class. During our last visit, there was extra work that was required to be fixed by MPI than originally stated and Maurice went to bat for us. Kim called us with the great news the moment it was approved. Kim also made sure that our replacement vehicle fit our family's needs because we needed to be parted from our vehicle for 10 days. There was a consistent rust issue that we had noticed on the back of our 2018 vehicle which had only been superficially taken care of by the dealership. Maurice and his skilled tech team actually found the root cause and fixed the issue once and for all. And finally, to top off the already fabulous service, when we picked up our vehicle, they had cleaned the outside and inside so thoroughly and so well that we felt like we had just purchased a brand spanking new vehicle. What a great gift! I highly recommend them.

Just dropped of the 4runner today but so far Customer service was Fantastic. I Will have a full review here as my 4Runner came back from Paint with mixed Results. The Manager at this location was very helpful and will be fixing up the problems I have. All work had to be re done ill presume it was a lazy prep painter. My ride was there for a total of 5 weeks for 1 autopac claim. Picked up the last time when everything should have been fixed a second time and things still not looking like a new vehicle again. The manager himself fixed my problems and the end if it wasn't for him I would have went somewhere else.

While the work was done well, the company has a lot to learn about communication. I was repeatedly given completely false information on the status of the work ('it's complete', followed by, 'we're waiting for a part', followed by 'you can pick it up Thursday', followed by, 'we're still waiting for a part', and so on.) Promised phone calls were never made. No doubt many auto body shops have a lot to learn in terms of customer service, but it baffles me that Pattison would repeatedly give out incorrect information surely aware that ultimately they would be caught out.
