received flowers from here 2 days late for valentine. Actually the florist in Richmond closed shop early even tho my bf drove all the way there, so they that this store created the arrangement for me last minute. It was not really worth the money for what I got and the lateness was pretty annoying even though they did their best to make amends.

Very bad experience. Review the "delivery" section before ordering. I was told multiple times that my delivery would arrive at the time I requested. They assured me it would. Lies. I called the morning of my delivery and it was affirmed it would arrive. It never did. They kept blaming it on the driver and how busy they were. I called later in the afternoon for an update and they said it would be arriving shortly but it never did. Once again I was given false information that it would arrive between the hours of 4-5 pm and they the driver was on the way. When another representative called me back, they said there must have been miscommunication because they hadn't had an update from the driver. If I had known my flowers would be delivered later in the evening, I would have never ordered them . This was the worst experience I've had ordering flowers. I would highly recommend discussing the delivery of the flowers before ordering. Everyone kept blaming the driver or another employee and I was given the run around the whole time.

If you can't be bothered to read details, the short version is: worst experience ordering flowers ever. I ordered flowers from this place specifically (Guildford mall location) because it's so close to my aunt's work (I was getting flowers delivered for her birthday). Placed the order online on Jan 31st in the morning for a delivery date of Feb 2nd. After placing the order, I called to confirm where I wanted it delivered specifically as my aunt works in a large auto-mall (I'd written this in the notes, but wanted to confirm). The woman I speak to looks at my order and then tells me they have none of those flowers in, so would I be okay with a different arrangement with some similar flowers. I thought it was odd they advertised a bouquet they weren't able to make but said sure, as long as it looks nice I don't mind if it's a bit different. She said there would be no vase either, as they didn't have any (the arrangement I had picked had a vase). I was busy with my infant daughter so I just said okay. Thinking about it after we hung up, I realized the vase was important as it was getting delivered to my aunt's work so she'd need a vase there, so I called back and specified that, and the woman assured me she'd find something. She then calls me back to say that they really can't make anything close to the arrangement I ordered or even a differnt one apparently, as they simply have no flowers (strange for a flower shop, I thought) so my order would need to come from their Metrotown location, as they have more flowers, but I'd need to pay another $10 for this. I'm taking this call as I'm in line at the grocery store with my crying daughter so I just said fine, whatever, as long as it gets to my aunt's work by 4pm. Fast forward to Feb 2nd. I have had zero confirmation by 3:45 so I call the Guildford store to check the order. She says she has to call their Metrotown store to check, so I'm on hold for 5-10 minutes while she does that. She then informs me that "due to a problem", the order hasn't been delivered nor has it even been started to be made. She asks if it would be okay if they deliver one of their real rose bouquets that last for years, which are a $200 value, but I'm so lucky I won't be charged any extra (I already paid $100). I thought it was hideous but at this point, I was so frustrated I said I didn't care, I just wanted SOMETHING delivered before my aunt goes home for the day. They were finally delivered at 4:45 (no vase, of course). And the cherry on top was, my aunt (after saying thank you of course!) said they must have "sprayed them with rose fragrance, it's rather strong but hopefully will dissipate over time." I got the confirmation text that it had shipped at 9:45 that night. The two women I dealt with were nice enough, but the whole process was ridiculously difficult and frustrating, just for a simple flower order. Needless to say, would not recommend and would never order from them again.

The initial order had a mix up, but Eliza and the team at Fleurs D’epargne were able to make it right after a trip back to the store. I was pleased with their customer care after I followed up. The flowers themselves look very nice and my mother was very pleased with her gift and with how they turned out. I’d recommend going into the store and getting a good look at what you’re looking for as it is a much better shopping experience. Will return for other gifts in the future and I recommend them as a great place to get preserved/eternity roses from.

We have shopped here for gifts and for ourselves, it’s a wonderful alternative to fresh flowers because they last forever!!! My daughter has wanted a rose bear for several years and we finally got one she just loves it! Highly recommended for beautiful and long lasting gifts.

Very unprofessional communication along with disappointing experience ordering from Fleurs D'epargne. Placed an order for their "Forever Preserved Bouquet" for an anniversary surprise with a pickup time of 11:30AM. When I arrived to their location at 11:15AM their store was closed although their Google business hours are 10AM-6PM. I waited 20 minutes for a staff to open the establishment only to be told that my order was not ready for pick up, and wouldn't be at available until after 4PM. I had to make a 30 minute drive to their location along with the 20 minutes wait which ended up wasting 1 hour of my time which could have been easily communicated and avoided to prevent it from happening. I understand that schedules cannot always be met but find it very unreasonable and unprofessional to not receive an email prior to or courtesy call between 10AM-11:30AM to inform me of the circumstances. It is common practice for business of all sorts to keep their clients informed and updated on possible delays.

Unacceptable... Delivered the flowers at 10pm at night on Valentines... it was to a significant other at a workplace. I asked if it could be delivered prior to 4pm and was told that it will be communicated to the third party delivery service but nothing about no guarantee's or warning the customer about absurd times? Product was delivered and main pieces of Foam falling apart from the rose bear... not even real roses. Requested a refund but was ignored... do not but garbage

Terrible customer service. My husband ordered Valentine’s Day flowers from this company and were supposed to have them delivered by 1PM on Feb 14. They never came. Their delivery company contacted me the NEXT day (Valentines day is already over) to the same location even though I was no longer in town. They have refused a refund or to admit the mistake on their end. We have no flowers and they have kept our money. As a floral company they should understand how important timing is for their products. Could you imagine getting flowers AFTER a big event like an anniversary or wedding? Terrible service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
