★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad airline. Our baggage was missing at Toronto Pearson airport and there is no one to talk to. No body knows how to lodge a complaint. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Website is awful and somehow only booked my flight one way instead of both, charged my extra to fix it. Delayed two hours both ways, didn’t even board until an hour late and then on the way to Toronto delayed another hour so they could empty the bathroom tanks, and on the way home their computer system kicked everyone out of their seats and they spent an hour having to reseat people and manually check off everyone’s names.
I saved no money with Flair after the fees for their mistakes and having to cab instead of taking transit since my new arrival time was after 2 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BOOK!!! They cancelled my flight in August 2021 and said I would be reimbursed for any expenses I incurred before my rescheduled flight. I have been waiting 9 MONTHS and nothing from them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Would give ZERO stars if possible. NEVER FLY FLAIR. I have been waiting 6 months to be reimbursed after flair destroyed my luggage. It has been a nightmare. More than 30 emails, more than 10 hours on the phone and still NOTHING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst-run airline I have ever used. Only positive thing is the staff, who were very polite and apologetic. If you really, really want to fly Flair, get to the airport at least 3 hours early and assume the flight will leave several hours late.

Your luggage never arrive so unorganized feels like the management is bunch of kinder-garden kids. Always behind. Just pay more and fly with other airlines
