I'm very happy that he was able to get in touch with me in the end, and he did his best, even though my wifi problem could not be fixed. He was very nice and professional.

Even hooked me up with a free used battery since I could not afford to pay for the new one - my old battery was getting too swollen and could potentially crack my new screen in the future. Did I mention Drew had my phone back to me in an hour? Contact him, you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently spent a weekend in Canmore with family and after my wife's cell suddenly went black 1 day in, the mood changed quickly. After a night of trying to do everything we seen on youtube we gave Drew a call the next morning not expecting much with only a day left in our visit. He exceeded our expectations with a higher quality fix than what the previous business did and for much less, did it in no time as we met back up later that day and it was back to normal, and was able to meet us wherever we needed to which was important being we didn't know the area well. Definitely recommend him!

He was able to fix it within a couple of days (which included having to special order the new screen). He went above and beyond and was also kind enough to pick up and drop off my phone.
